3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item:

Arrived damaged or defective

Is incorrect due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
